Overview of Role

The School Administrator is ultimately responsible for creating systems and structures to support the work of the school staff alongside the District Career Transition Coach. As the school leader, success will result when you support staff engagement, establish the school onboarding process, set a Hopeful Transitions goal(s), and shepherd the actions needed for success.

  • Ensure that school-based teams (e.g., learner, caregivers, educators, Education Support Services Teachers, education support staff, etc.) are working alongside service providers and community partners to support a tiered system of career transition pathway planning.
