As we consider each learner and their unique needs, it will be important to offer supports when necessary. As your school offers universal Tier 1 Career Connected Learning it will be important to identify those learners that would benefit from Tier 2 small group support in getting started with and/or engaging in the development of their Career Life Plan.

Directions:

Download the Small group Career Life Plan package and identify a group of students that require support. This is a 4-hour small group intervention and could be done over the course of 4 weeks and/or what works best for scheduling.

School based ESS Team members would be well situated to facilitate this group. It could be a collaborative effort with school counsellor and EST-Resource and/or how the school can best support. If applicable, it would be helpful to have Educational Assistants in attendance as well.

Consider how to best have access to devices so that the participating students can document their learning in a digital portfolio on myBlueprint.
