Careers Atlantic Canada “Your Skills, Your Success, Your Well-Being” Website

Overview

Careers Atlantic Canada is a user-friendly site for educators, learners, and families intended to support youth in understanding the relationship between Skills for Success and a successful entry into the labour market.

Each person’s idea of success is different. The strides you take to achieve success will affect your well-being in some way. Well-being is encompassed by four areas: physical well-being, social well-being, emotional well-being, and mental well-being. Each area directly impacts the other. When all areas are nourished, a person can thrive, and experience a healthy well-being.

The website resources include a Skills for Success Well-Being Video, videos on the four areas of well-being, recorded webinars, as well as a Toolkit and Quiz to help students discover their bright future and build confidence in their post-secondary decisions.
