Experiences Canada is a national registered charity helping young Canadians explore Canada through experiential learning opportunities, reciprocal exchanges, forums, conferences, and other opportunities to travel and connect with one another and gain skills and knowledge.
Experiencescanada.ca has created a series of bilingual webinars, educational resources, youth forums, and learning tools on topics relevant to today’s youth, including Reconciliation, Anti-Racism, and Career Planning. These online programs aim to empower youth to be more involved in current affairs and support secondary school educators looking for innovative ways to support their learning plans.
Some of the sub-topics found on the website include: Money 101, Career Choices, Anti-Racism, Reconciliation, Diversity and Inclusion, Climate Change, Visual Arts, Virtual Choir, Treaty and Land Claims.
Objectives

Instructions
Experiences Canada online learning resources are designed to support secondary school educators and have been developed in-line with curricula from grades 7-12. Easily accessible tools are provided to enhance students’ understanding of diverse perspectives and cultures while developing critical thinking skills and an appreciation for social responsibility.
The Career Choices program provides online resources to support youth in planning for post-secondary. The goal is to help teachers and anyone working with youth navigate and support them in discovering the many possibilities after high school, sort through online resources, and build their awareness and confidence in their skills.

Experiences Canada will be launching a new sub- program: Money 101 in November 2023. Money 101 is a program designed to equip young Canadians with vital skills in financial management through a series of webinars and learning resources exploring key topics. The aim is to provide youth with the necessary financial knowledge to make informed decisions, establish healthy financial habits, and work towards their long-term goals. Topics include budgeting, investments and interests, credit cards and loans, money basics for daily life.
