The Future Pathways Expo – Student Passport is a reflective learning tool used during the Future Pathways Expo to support students in meeting the Career Life Plan Graduation Requirement in New Brunswick. It guides students through meaningful career exploration as they visit booths and breakout sessions, helping them connect their interests, skills, and future goals to specific pathways. Students gather information, reflect on their experiences, and demonstrate progress toward their career/life plan.

Objectives:
- Align with the Career Life Plan Graduation Requirement.
- Support students in documenting learning and reflection during the Expo.
- Encourage students to connect personal interests to future career/life pathways.
- Provide structure for gathering key information from post-secondary institutions and employers.
- Help students build awareness of required education, training, and essential career skills.
- Promote deeper engagement with breakout sessions and booths.
- Assist students in identifying personal goals and career/life plans in myBlueprint
Instructions:
- Prior to the event, ensure students have access to the Student Passport.
- During the Expo, students should use the passport to:
- Reflect on their Who Am I surveys in myBlueprint.
- Develop a goal for life after high school.
- Document information from post-secondary booths (e.g., programs, tuition, supports).
- Interview professionals in breakout sessions about career paths and experiences.
- Reflect on overall learning and connections to their future goals.
After the event, encourage students to upload their completed passports or reflections to their Career Life Plan Portfolio on myBlueprint.
