Overview
The Centres of Excellence are designed to help students discover their passions by strengthening the connection between industry and public education. These centres reimagine how K-12 learners and educators learn about aspects of specific sectors in the province and serve to enrich the K-12 curriculum by connecting classrooms to expert knowledge through partnership.
Current centres include: The Centre of Excellence for Health, The Centre of Excellence for Energy, The Centre of Excellence for Entrepreneurship, The Centre of Excellence for Digital Innovation, The Centre of Excellence for Skilled Trades and Manufacturing, and The Centre of Excellence for Language Learning (launching February 2024).
