Transition Guides for Students with Disabilities | Transition NB + NBPCD

Overview

These two guides developed separately by the Premier’s Council on Disabilities and Transition NB provide students, educators, families, communities and beyond, with integral information and resources for successful transition planning for students with disabilities no matter the post-secondary route.

Objectives

– Provide comprehensive, up to date information and strategies for successful transition and pathway planning among students with disabilities.

  • Educate, inform, and train students, families, schools, and communities in areas of pathway planning and skills for success.
  • Easy to access repertoire of organizations, programs, and contacts catering to the transition planning of students with disabilities.
