Overview
A monthly workshop on the Career Life Plan graduation requirement is being offered during the 2025-26 school year. Workshop #8 focuses on structured student check-ins where learners reflect on their career planning progress, reassess goals, and refine next steps based on evolving interests, skills, and experiences.

Objectives
- Support students in reviewing and updating their Career Life Plans
- Facilitate reflection on career exploration and personal growth
- Guide students in identifying progress, barriers, and adjustments
- Strengthen goal-setting and decision-making skills for post-secondary transitions
Instructions
Educators facilitate a structured check-in session where students:
- Review previously completed Career Life Plan components
- Reflect on changes in interests, strengths, or goals
- Identify completed actions and remaining steps
- Revise goals or pathway options as needed
- Establish clear, actionable next steps
