A monthly workshop on the Career Life Plan graduation requirement is being offered during the 2025-26 school year. Workshop #9 focuses on Supports and Planning for Next Year. Objectives
- Receive a recap of topics covered this year and key takeaways
- Gain ideas and supports for Year 2 implementation of Career Life Plan
- Learn about Hopeful Transitions implementation & continuation
Instructions
- Review your school’s Career Life Plan implementation plan and identify any needed amendments
- Review 2025–26 school year data to determine successes and additional support needs
- Organize myBlueprint or other professional learning for staff (including booking Career Transition Coaches early for August PL days)
- Review the Career Life Plan Workshop Series and Hopeful Transitions resources/website
- Determine your school’s Hopeful Transitions status and next steps for implementation or continuation
