Career Life Plan Workshop #3: Identifying post-secondary pathways / goals / action plans

Overview:

A monthly workshop on the Career Life Plan graduation requirement is being offered during the 2025-26 school year. Workshop #3 provides an overview of identifying post-secondary pathways, creating goals and action plans. Participants will be given resources and skills to complete these tasks in myBlueprint or using graphic organizers.

Objectives:

· Support students in setting goals and action plans for life beyond high school

· Help students explore and favourite at least two post-secondary pathways.

Instructions:

· Guide students through setting goals and action plans for life beyond high school.

· Support students with the process of identifying post-secondary pathways that support their goals.

Key Highlights:

· Students will build off of their Who Am I survey results to set goals and action plans related to career pathways and post secondary pathways.

· Educators play a key role in fostering career-connected learning.
